Factory audit is critical in China sourcing business. ChinaLINQ provide independent third factory audit and inspection services. We have experienced field inspectors in Shanghai, Ningbo, Hangzhou, Qingdao, Tianjin, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. We contract qualified auditors independently assess everything from 4production capacities and quality control systems to staff facilities and working conditions. Our auditors / inspectors visit the site and get the information you need to ensure the factory is qualified to make the products you need.
Our Production Inspection program mornitor manufacturing process during the production cycle. Our inspectors represent our customeer's interest to ensure production, materials, quality, schedules satisfy the needs. When 80% of your order is complete, our inspector visits the factory and uses industry standard processes to review a sample of your order. Boxes are opened and the product is comprehensively reviewed and tested. You then receive a detailed inspection report.
Container Load Supervising is the final step in the manufacturing process. Ensure the final details of your product are correct and actual ordered quantity are securely loaded onto your container before signing off and settling final payment.
Successful importers take initiative to have their supply chain under their own control, rather than merely rely on their supplier's performance. A factory may be ISO 9001 certified, however, that just indicates that the factory is assumed to have quality assurance and continuous improvement processes in its system. It does not guarantee the compliance and enforcement.
Each product has its own requirements and quality concerns. We have observed that specific processing documents and quality control program not in place for a specific product. Especially when the product is new or in trial order volume. This can be fital to importer's initial China sourcing effort.
